Meet and exceed arenaflex's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership, team organizations, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business results
Maintain high availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Update records and note systems as required to ensure accurate and timely documentation
Develop and manage customer relationships, serving as a trusted resource and providing expert guidance on property damage claims and insurance services
Handle inbound telephone calls from borrowers, contractors, and insurance adjusters regarding property damage claims, resolving customer inquiries and delivering timely solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and loyalty


Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
0-2 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field (Preferred)
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements
