Job Overview The Customer Care Analyst will play a critical role in understanding business and customer experience goals, analyzing existing functional and vendor systems, and determining the optimal implementation path. This position will be responsible for defining and developing functional requirements, test plans, and scripts that contribute to on-time, on-quality, and on-budget projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Support project tasks and deliverables related to functional and vendor requirements, ensuring timely completion with quality results. Partner with Functional Managers to define and document process flows and system interaction concepts. Translate business requirements into functional requirements that accurately reflect changes and impacts on vendor applications, systems, processes, and workflows. Identify, document, and communicate the impact of unfulfilled requirements on development. Initiate communication and consensus-building across the business, IT, and vendors to discuss new or revised plans, programs, and procedures. Participate in functional development and implementation meetings to ensure systems and process details align with business goals and strategic direction. Define and develop test scripts, perform user acceptance testing, and support deployment and production validation testing. Provide day-to-day support for vendor systems, performing regular health checks to maintain optimal performance. Analyze user and system performance trends, supporting performance, ROI analysis, forecast, and budget reporting. Proactively identify improvement opportunities and define and improve repeatable processes, workflows, tools, and templates. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional analyst, developing requirements, executing test plans, and providing operational application/system support. Experienced team player with a customer-focused approach, working well with management, peers, and vendors to achieve outlined goals. Technical expertise to understand and support application and system issues. Thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into user, system, and operational requirements. Sound understanding of telephony (such as Cisco, Aspect, or Avaya) and related call center technologies. Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects and priorities. Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Airline experience is a plus. Knowledge of quality methodology and professional concepts to solve diverse problems. Skilled at preparing project organization and schedules outlining installation/conversion steps for new systems and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio) and reporting tools. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The salary range for this position is $48,160.00 - $60,200.00 per year, depending on experience.
