**Your Role**

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in building trust and rapport with our customers, providing accurate and timely support via email, phone, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and concerns
* Building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools, ensuring seamless support experiences for our customers
* Updating, revising, and expanding existing customer support documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing their needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction

**Your Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

* 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support via phone, email, and chat
