* Build and maintain solid customer relationships, handling inquiries and de-escalating concerns
* Multi-task using proprietary software programs to track and document calls
* Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
* Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers via call and email
* Maintain productive relationships with peers through positive teamwork
* Work with customers to identify automotive maintenance needs
* Perform other duties as assigned
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Authorized to work in the US
* At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
* Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM software
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
