**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering world-class customer service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone in a high-volume contact center environment
* Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and de-escalating customer concerns
* Multi-tasking using proprietary software programs to track and document calls
* Utilizing research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
* Providing proactive communication to internal and external customers via call and email
* Maintaining productive relationships with peers through positive teamwork
* Working with customers to identify automotive maintenance needs
* Performing other duties as assigned
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Authorized to work in the US
* At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
* Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM software
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
