Job Summary: Customer Care Agent - Phone, Online Chat, and Email Support We're seeking highly motivated and adventurous Customer Care Agents to join our team. As a full-time Customer Care Agent, you'll work with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, providing top-notch support and creating raving fans for Blithequark every day. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, think outside the box, and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, online chat, and email support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Work independently to solve unique problems and think creatively to come up with new ideas that benefit the company. Collaborate with the customer care team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer experiences. Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting Blithequark's products and services to customers. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support to customers. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the lighting industry or a related field. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, such as live chat and email support tools. Certification in customer service or a related field, such as ICSS or HDI. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. As a Customer Care Agent, you'll enjoy: Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period. Quarterly bonuses and commissions on product sales. 2 weeks of paid time off per year (3 weeks after 2 years). 5 paid sick days. Paid holidays.
