Job Summary As a Customer Care Agent at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, online chat, and email. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, online chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Work independently to solve unique problems and provide creative solutions to customer concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service and overall customer experience. Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting Blithequark's products and services to customers and driving revenue growth. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed and accurate support to customers. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and to stay current with industry best practices. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a strong understanding of self-motivation and time management. Knowledge of the lighting industry or related field, with a passion for customer service and a desire to learn and grow. Certification in customer service or a related field, such as ICSS or HDI. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. What We Offer: Competitive Compensation, Benefits, and Opportunities for Growth At Blithequark, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes: Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period. Quarterly bonuses and commissions on product sales, providing opportunities for additional earnings. 2 weeks paid time off per year (3 after 2 years), with 5 paid sick days and paid holidays.
