**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for arenaflex.
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
* Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including sales, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
