**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Advocate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering customer inquiries via phone and providing resolutions to billing, technical, and service-related issues
* Offering a wide range of products and services to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities and processes
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 1 year of prior customer care experience
* Sales and/or technical experience in a service environment (preferred)
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working with computers and technology
* Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
