**Experienced Customer Care Advisor – Insurance Services and Support**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members regarding insurance products, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels.
* Assisting members with quotes, binding new business, policy inquiries, billing, payments, underwriting, and coverage provisions, ensuring accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services.
* Identifying and understanding member needs to provide personalized advice and solutions, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
* Operating efficiently in a contact center environment, maintaining engaging member interactions while prioritizing tasks and managing multiple contacts simultaneously.
* Maintaining required Property & Casualty license and state registrations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

To succeed as a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to provide exceptional customer service by phone and email, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
* Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple contacts and tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements, with a commitment to upholding industry standards.
* The ability to acquire Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hire, with a willingness to learn and grow.
* At least 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and results.
* 6 months experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, email, or face-to-face, with a focus on building strong relationships and loyalty.
* US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner, with a deep understanding of the military community and their unique needs.

**Compensation and Perks:**
