**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
* Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
* Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
* Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
* Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
* Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

**Minimum Qualifications**

To be successful as a Customer Care Advisor at careerzynith, you'll need:

* Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and meet sales targets
* Must be 18 years or older to apply
* High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
* Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
