* Compare data with source documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with specified requirements
* Provide timely and effective responses to member inquiries and concerns
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member information
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Essential Job Functions**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Consistently meet established daily quotas and productivity standards
* Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures

**Requirements**

* Proficiency in PC operations and navigation
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
