**Job Summary**

As a Customer Assistance Representative Sr. at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. You'll work closely with our team to support branch and rental needs, gaining knowledge and hands-on experience through local training and on-the-job learning. **Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring a positive first impression
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience
• Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, ensuring accurate documentation and processing
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions efficiently and accurately
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers
• Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or operating washing equipment when needed
• Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and process customer billing
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned by management

**Essential Qualifications**

• Must be at least 18 years old
• This position requires a valid Driver's License
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service or sales experience (retail, customer-facing preferred)
• Apart from religious observances, must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) 3:00 pm-midnight Thursday-Monday
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative principles, with the ability to learn and apply new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude
