Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Analytics Manager, Enterprise to join our team at careerzynith. As a Customer Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop standardized reporting tools. You will be the go-to expert for our Enterprise customers, providing data-driven recommendations on how to leverage our products to support their hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze large datasets to distill actionable insights and present findings in a compelling story to internal stakeholders and customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders as a product and industry expert
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and maintain standardized reporting tools
* Provide data-driven recommendations to customers on how to leverage our products to support their hiring goals
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to customers and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver customized analytics solutions to customers
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
* Degree in statistics, market research, business, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
* 5+ years of customer-facing experience with proven ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
* Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working with large datasets
* Strong analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
* Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance
* Advanced knowledge of Google G Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product, Decision Science, and Marketing
* 5+ years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis
* Experience working with superset, databricks, and AWS web services
* Deep understanding of a company's ads business, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for growth
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib
* Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana
