**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Researching and responding to written inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing your expertise in healthcare or health insurance to provide informed and objective responses.
* Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
* Utilizing Microsoft suite and demonstrating strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
* Providing exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
* Working independently with minimal supervision, making sound decisions, and taking initiative to resolve complex issues.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
* Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions, with a strong understanding of healthcare or health insurance principles.
* Data entry and/or typing experience, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
* Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing, with a strong understanding of healthcare or health insurance principles.
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer-facing role.
