As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences, leveraging your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills. **Key Responsibilities**

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilize technical expertise to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith products and services
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with the team to identify and resolve customer issues
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
