As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries from our clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. **Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries from clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process client information
* Collaborate with our team to resolve client issues and concerns
* Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to clients
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Adhere to careerzynith's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols
**Key Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
