**A Day in the Life of a Customer Account Representative**
As a Customer Account Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives. Your day will be filled with a range of exciting and challenging tasks, including:
* **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer experiences through "white glove" service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and obtaining new rental orders when needed.
* **Deliveries & Pickups**: Safely and compliantly load and unload products, ensuring they're delivered to customers in excellent condition.
* **Merchandising**: Maintain an inviting store environment, ensuring products are organized, dust-free, and vacuumed, and that the showroom is clean and well-maintained.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum educational requirement for this position.
* **Valid State Driver's License**: A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as you'll be driving company vehicles.
* **Good Driving Record**: A clean driving record is essential for this position.
* **Ability to Lift and Move Product**: You'll need to be physically able to lift and move heavy products, such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
* **Great Communication and Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
