**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and process requests in a timely and professional manner, according to established standards
* Use excellent communication and multitasking skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Process credits on behalf of customers, adhering to current credit policy
* Perform necessary record-keeping activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
* Use company systems to complete required follow-up and/or corrections on accounts
* Collaborate with the Customer Service Supervisor to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Education and Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM and other relevant tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
