Our culture is built on the principles of empathy, compassion, and teamwork, and we're committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. **Why Choose arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer more than a job; we offer an opportunity to be part of something extraordinary: β’ **Limitless Growth**: Propel your career with abundant professional development opportunities within our dynamic organization. β’ **Empathetic Culture**: Immerse yourself in a supportive, lively work culture that values your well-being and celebrates your contributions. β’ **Dedication to Excellence**: Join a team of like-minded individuals who share your commitment to delivering top-notch care to our cherished patients. **Your Impactful Role** As a Credentialing Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: β’ **Communicating with external and internal customers**: Completing requests for practice verifications on required excel spreadsheets for providers and practice locations, such as Paradigm, Corvel, Coventry, or all other insurance plans. β’ **Data entry**: Entering accurate and timely data into credentialing software, including Credential My Doc, and other key clerical functions of the Credentialing Department. β’ **File maintenance**: Assisting with filing/maintaining the files of physicians, allied health professionals, and other key clerical functions of the Credentialing Department. β’ **Attestations and document creation**: Assisting with attestations for Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) Universal Data Base and creating files for providers, answering requests for any documents needed with proper discretion as well as filing any documents received. β’ **Printing and faxing documents**: Printing and faxing documents upon request as needed. β’ **Restructuring Credentialing files**: Assisting with restructuring the Credentialing files of providers at the Credentialing Managerβs discretion. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: β’ **High School Degree or College Degree**: A high school degree or college degree is preferred, but not required. β’ **Technical skills**: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Anodyne Analytics, and Athena software. β’ **Certified Professional Coder (CPC)**: A Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is preferred but not required. **Physical Demands** The physical demands of this role include: β’ **Sitting**: Regularly required to sit for extended periods. β’ **Keyboarding**: Required to operate a keyboard for long periods of time. β’ **Vision**: Specific vision abilities required, including close vision. β’ **Lifting**: Occasionally required to lift files, open file cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. β’ **Stress**: Must be able to work in an environment that can be very stressful. **Work Environment** The work environment is: β’ **Moderate noise level**: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. β’ **Stressful**: Must be able to deal with aggressive, hostile, and sometimes irrational behavior of patients and family members. β’ **Professional**: Must be able to respond to all patients in a calm and professional manner. **arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer** We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
