Conduct and oversee clinical research activities in accordance with company and industry standards.
Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent forms, and other essential study documents.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to study timelines and budget.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the course of the study.
Act as the primary point of contact for study sites, investigators, and study vendors.
Train and mentor junior CRAs on study procedures and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Review and analyze study data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare study reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate study updates and progress to senior management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of clinical research activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations.
Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other industry events.
Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior in the workplace.
