**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Conversational AI Engineer – Machine Learning Operations, you will be responsible for:

* **Collaborating with cross-functional teams** to integrate AI models into our production systems
* **Developing and maintaining** our conversational AI platform, including NLP models, voice and text-based interfaces, and data pipelines
* **Analyzing and optimizing** AI model performance to ensure high accuracy and efficiency
* **Staying up-to-date** with the latest advancements in AI and related fields to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge
* **Working with data scientists and engineers** to design and implement data pipelines and data storage solutions
* **Developing and maintaining** documentation and knowledge bases to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* **At least 2 years of experience** in AI and NLP, with a focus on conversational AI
* **Strong programming skills** in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
* **Experience with cloud platforms** such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* **Strong understanding** of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and natural language processing
* **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Master's degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
