Job Summary: Contract Call Data Entry Specialist – Care Coordination We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Call Data Entry Specialist to join our care coordination team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, supporting our care coordination efforts, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and verify client and case management data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to healthcare services, referrals, and outreach efforts, guaranteeing data integrity and consistency across all platforms. Utilize MS Excel to organize, sort, and analyze data as needed, providing insights that inform our care coordination strategies. Leverage Office 365 applications (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) for documentation and communication, ensuring seamless collaboration with care coordinators and administrative staff. Work closely with care coordinators and administrative staff to process client information efficiently, identifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and HIPAA regulations, upholding the highest standards of data protection and patient privacy. Collaborate with the care coordination team to develop and implement data-driven solutions, enhancing our services and improving client outcomes. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with care coordinators, administrative staff, and clients. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and HIPAA regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and correct data discrepancies or errors. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or other healthcare software systems. Knowledge of care coordination principles and practices, with a focus on community health engagement and outreach. Certification in data entry, medical records, or a related field. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client populations.
