Our Intelligent Tech Extraordinary Tasks group is responsible for revolutionizing the way we create new sales enablement experiences for staff at arenaflex affiliates around the world at thousands of retail locations.
We're seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual who will support a team in creating and delivering a critical new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. The scope of work requires the ability to adapt from program development, to improvement, to tasks, to experience design, to geo-availability. The successful candidate should be high-energy, proactive, passionate about customer experience, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with content development teams and regional partners to create and deliver a pivotal new tool for customers and sales staff
* Develop and implement a customer experience strategy that drives sales and revenue growth
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Channel Projects Improvement and Customer Sales Enablement, to ensure seamless execution and delivery
* Analyze customer data and behavior to inform content and experience design decisions
* Develop and maintain a style guide, content library, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and effectiveness
* Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to validate assumptions and iterate on designs
* Collaborate with IT and Product Management teams to develop and implement technical solutions that enhance customer experience and drive sales
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ years of experience working with content development teams and regional partners
* Deep understanding of customer experience principles and practices, including UI/UX and digital marketing
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics to inform content and experience design decisions
* Experience working with customer experience management tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager
* Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of integrity, ethics, and trustworthiness
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
