About the Role We're seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Content & Customer Experience Specialist to join our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and delivering a groundbreaking new tool for both customers and sales staff, elevating the sales experience across numerous retail locations worldwide. Key Responsibilities Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program leaders to identify the best approaches to achieving goals. Orchestrate content from various sources, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience. Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all association content, and track performance to inform future content strategies. Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to drive innovation and improvement. Create compelling solutions with our IT and Product Supervisory teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales. Essential Qualifications 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, preferably in a geo-diverse environment. Deep understanding of content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales. In-depth knowledge of blithequark's product features, benefits, and applications. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex customer experience data into effective content strategies. Experience with content management tools, including front-end and back-end solutions (Adobe Experience Director is a plus). Adaptability, ability to navigate uncertainty, and a capacity to thrive in a highly matrixed environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust. Preferred Qualifications BS/MS degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
