As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing a high level of customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems. You'll research and resolve problems and errors, including those related to fraud support and internet operations. You'll also obtain a thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures.
