Your key responsibilities will include: * **Leading a portfolio of work**: You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects that align with arenaflex's business objectives, ensuring that customer experience is at the forefront of every initiative. * **Consulting with stakeholders**: You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable data and audience requirements, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. * **Designing and delivering data solutions**: You'll design and deliver data that powers personalized customer communications across various channels, including email, text, digital, and direct mail. * **Streamlining audience data flows**: You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and standardize how audience data flows across systems, improving efficiency and impact. * **Championing customer-centricity**: You'll ensure that all audience data solutions are designed with the customer in mind, driving customer-centricity throughout the organization. * **Driving continuous improvement**: You'll identify and implement enhancements to data tools, processes, and governance, driving continuous improvement and innovation. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strategic mindset, with the ability to connect data capabilities to business outcomes.
