**Job Summary:**
As a Community Outreach / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our team in engagement, discovery, and solutions by engaging with community members and employing your problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:**
* Initiate service education, customer acquisition, and sales process through direct contact with local community members
* Prepare for consumer interactions through entry-level training and independent research on the network-managed services and capabilities in our local region
* Clarify current needs and wants with customers and determine their telecommunication solutions based on client offerings and capacities
* Build and utilize relationships with client representatives to outsource customer inquiries that may need additional service information
* Connect with management and other Customer Service team members to review client expectations, sales metrics, customer service results, and production goals
