Responsibilities As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to commercial line policy holders. Your key responsibilities will include * Providing exceptional customer service to commercial line policy holders, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. * Processing policy updates and changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Assisting with claims and billing inquiries, providing clear and concise information to policy holders. * Providing proof of insurance, ID cards, and reviewing proposals to ensure seamless policy administration. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet policy holders' needs. Qualifications To succeed as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will need * Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed * 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Knowledge of AMS360 is desired but will be trained * Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation and Benefits careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package, including * Base salary up to 100k/year * Commission opportunity on new business * Company-paid benefits * Hybrid schedule of 4 days in office and 1 remote Why Join careerzynith?
