**Key Responsibilities**
As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Scheduling maintenance and ensuring timely completion of tasks
* Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to resolve customer issues
* Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management
* Coordinating with customers to manage expectations and provide updates on vehicle status
* Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs
* Updating vehicle records and reordering materials and components as needed
* Providing repair overviews and delivering vehicles to customers
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair (preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions
* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
* Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
* A willingness to teach and train others
* Comfort working in a collision repair environment
* Ability to work independently in a low-supervision environment
* Must be at least 18 years of age

* 2+ years of experience in collision repair or a related field
* Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and industry standards
