Key Responsibilities Lead and Develop Teams: Teach, train, and mentor associates to achieve business objectives and develop their skills and competencies. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Model and demonstrate the One Best Way (OBW) service model, manage customer service initiatives, and ensure customer needs are met. Drive Sales Growth: Review and evaluate P&L statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and implement action plans to drive sales and profit growth. Supervise and Develop Hourly Associates: Hire, train, and mentor associates, assign duties, and provide recognition and feedback. Coordinate and Complete Job-Related Activities: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, support plans and initiatives, and identify and address improvement opportunities. Ensure Compliance and Integrity: Implement company policies and procedures, utilize and support the Open Door Policy, and provide direction and guidance on applying company values and standards. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
