**Key Responsibilities**

As an Airport Customer Service Co-Op, you'll play a vital role in supporting our international projects and analytics efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing project-based support through research, development, and implementation of key performance metrics to support our Above Wing and Below Wing agents, as well as our customers.
* Assisting in the identification and validation of sources of data needed for the creation of reports to track trends and metrics within ACS INTL and to support proper root cause analysis.
* Supporting process improvement and project management initiatives, including coordinating Continuous Improvement initiatives and small projects.
* Analyzing data from a variety of sources to drive informed decision-making and drive business results.
* Preparing presentations and reports for Managing Directors/Field Directors/Station Managers, potentially presenting findings to ACS INTL leaders.
* Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

**What You Need To Succeed**

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, analytics, information science, or a related field).
* Ability to work 14 consecutive weeks, with a strong commitment to completing the co-op program.
* Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles, with the ability to work effectively with fellow employees.
* Curiosity and some experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or a related field (preferred).
* Previous experience in continuous process improvement or similar (preferred).
* Comfortable working in group and individual settings, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to speak effectively to diverse audiences and write clear, concise reports.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to ask questions and follow up to find root causes.
* Proficiency in PC-based computer skills, including the use of common database and Microsoft Office software.

* Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
* Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
