As a Co-Op, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to making a difference. **Key Responsibilities** As a Co-Op, Airport Customer Service – International Projects and Analytics, you'll play a critical role in supporting our international projects and analytics initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting process improvement and project management initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions * Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for Managing Directors, Field Directors, and Station Managers * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement creative solutions to business challenges * Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures **What You'll Learn** As a Co-Op, you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, including: * Data analysis and visualization * Project management and coordination * Communication and presentation skills * Collaboration and teamwork * Continuous process improvement and problem-solving **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, analytics, computer science) * Ability to work 14 consecutive weeks * Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles, and is able to work effectively with fellow employees * Curiosity and some experience in analysis, information science, data visualization (preferred) * Previous experience in continuous process improvement or similar (preferred) * Comfortable working in group and individual settings * Ability to speak effectively to diverse audiences * Ability to write clear and concise reports * Ability to ask questions and follow up to find root causes * PC-based computer skills, including the use of common database and Microsoft Office software * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data * Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and challenging.
