As a Co-Op, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Co-Op, you will collaborate with a team of airport operations professionals to: * Analyze and measure operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities. * Apply project management principles to support and lead initiatives. * Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across business units in a professional, fast-paced environment. * Provide process engineering and internal consulting services to enhance operational efficiency. * Participate in data collection and analysis for projects impacting multiple departments. * Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction. * Recommend innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and evaluate the impact of proposed changes. **Program Structure** This is a three-semester alternating Co-Op program. Students must complete all rotations before graduation: * Summer 2026 * Spring 2027 * Fall 2027 Note: Students must not take academic classes during Co-Op semesters.
