We're now seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team on a remote basis, working weekends and evenings to support our clients. As a Clinical Therapist with our organization, you'll be responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, counseling, and supportive services to a diverse population. This is a fee-for-service position that offers a competitive salary and immediate openings. Primary Job Responsibilities Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform intake assessments, evaluations, and referrals for assigned clients, gathering sufficient information for clinical assessment and planning. Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Present treatment and service plans to clients following the evaluation process, and provide care as described in department policies and procedures. Provide Evidence-Based Therapies: Use interventions that meet accepted standards of mental health care, reflecting consideration of the treatment plan and staying up-to-date with the latest psychotherapy theories and practices. Crisis Management and Team Collaboration: Provide crisis management for assigned cases, participate as a treatment team member, and maintain active communication with identified staff and agencies. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep current with professional literature and trends in mental health, and maintain clinical records according to QA & I, State, and Joint Commission guidelines. Stay Current with Industry Developments: Attend continuing education trainings, workshops, seminars, or conferences to maintain licensure and stay current with evidence-based standards of practice. Risk Assessment and Client Satisfaction: Perform thorough Risk Assessments at intake sessions and as needed thereafter, and complete client satisfaction tools as required by departmental standards. Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Licensure: Licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is preferred. Experience: A minimum of two years of direct-care clinical services with individuals with mental health diagnoses. Skills: Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions; positive interpersonal skills; and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability: Availability to work afternoons and evenings. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual: Being bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required. EMR Systems: Familiarity or willingness to be trained on EMR systems.
