Our team is passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare industry, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Responsibilities** As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Receiving and responding to incoming telephone calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner. * Answering incoming calls/chats and outgoing calls, utilizing proprietary arenaflex systems to provide information and resolve issues. * Communicating professionally at all times, ensuring that all interactions are respectful, empathetic, and solution-focused. * Ascertain the nature of the call and record information in arenaflex proprietary systems, utilizing your critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues. * Look up caller information using proprietary arenaflex systems and provide information to the caller, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. * Utilize appropriate resources, including online tools and training, to provide timely responses and resolve issues efficiently. * Manage time to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and follow up is done in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Clinical Customer Service Representative position. * Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following all legal and compliance requirements, adhering to arenaflex policies and standards. * Complete all arenaflex and CSS trainings timely, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. * Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment. * Respond to requests for internal and external customers and/or clients, as required, providing exceptional service and support. * Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent required. * 1 year experience performing customer service duties;
