As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of healthcare. **Responsibilities** As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails from healthcare providers, members, and health plans in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. * Communicating effectively with callers, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns. * Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems to access caller information, provide accurate responses, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. * Managing time effectively to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and follow-up is completed in a timely manner. * Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to all legal and compliance requirements. * Completing all required trainings and attending weekly staff meetings to foster teamwork and collaboration. * Responding to internal and external customer requests and performing other duties as assigned. * Complying with all policies and standards, including those related to confidentiality and data security. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent. * 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound call center environment. * Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems during a single interaction. * Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. * Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment. * Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions. * Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters. **Core Competencies** As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll need to demonstrate: * A positive, respectful attitude and the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. * Excellent customer service skills to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers. * Effective listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment. * Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions. * Ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to develop effective solutions. **Work Environment** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment.
