**Key Responsibilities**
As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members
* Responding to patient and family inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting with nursing and administrative staff duties as needed
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
* Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical and administrative skills
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting
* Substantial interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff
* Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following careerzynith Customer Service standards
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and presentation and spreadsheet software
* Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting
* Knowledge of electronic medical records and clinical software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Skills and Competencies**
