Experienced Client Success/Account Manager – Digital Marketing - No Sales (Remote | 7am–4pm MST)
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (Account Manager) to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate marketing deliverables, and make sure every client feels confident and cared for.

What You’ll Do
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from onboarding through renewal
• Conduct monthly performance calls and email updates — review reports, analyze results, and present actionable insights
• Collaborate daily with our SEO, content, and web development teams to execute marketing plans and track performance
• Monitor lead and call tracking data to prove ROI and identify new growth opportunities
• Maintain clear notes, updates, and tasks in our CRM to keep everything organized
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional marketing services that align with client goals
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written)
• Analytical mindset — able to interpret reports and explain metrics to clients
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
• Tech-savvy with CRM, spreadsheets, and project management tools
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet
• Able to work 7am–4pm MST (Remote)

• Communication between clients and internal teams flows seamlessly
• Reports are timely, accurate, and insightful
