Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm interviews, focus groups, and consultation calls using internal tools and calendars
Respond to participant and client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
Ensure that all appointments are accurately logged, confirmed, and communicated
Provide reminders and follow-up messages to minimize missed appointments
Assist with intake, rescheduling, or documentation support as needed
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions within our CRM system
Coordinate across multiple time zones and calendars to ensure accuracy
Escalate scheduling conflicts or urgent concerns to the project management team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or GED; some college or customer support training preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, scheduling, or customer service role (remote or in-office)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling software
Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote setting
Familiarity with market research environments or client-facing industries is a plus
A dedicated workspace, high-speed internet, and strong organizational skills
