**The Opportunity**

As a Client First Customer Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing world-class customer support. You'll engage with customers through inbound phone calls, email communication, and other support channels, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, transactions, and problems efficiently, while also identifying sales opportunities to refer clients to our sales associates.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Answer customer inquiries about arenaflex products and services through phone, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recognize sales opportunities and refer clients to sales associates, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
• Remain current on arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings and initiatives.
• Resolve customer issues through account research and utilization of support materials and resources, providing a positive and resolution-focused experience.
• Perform customer account transaction and maintenance activities accurately, ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and secure.
• Strive for first contact resolution of customer inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution, minimizing the need for follow-up interactions.
• Escalate customer requests requiring additional knowledge or expertise as defined by department leadership, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

**Work Requirements / Expectations**

• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, seek assistance when needed, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with customers over the phone, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities, ensuring that you meet departmental and individual goals, including call metrics and quality standards.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a positive attitude in all customer interactions, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a PCI Compliant workspace, ensuring the security and integrity of customer data.

**Availability**

• Must create a 20+ hour weekly schedule within arenaflex's Hours of Operation:
+ Monday - Friday: 8 am - 8 pm EST
+ Saturday: 8 am - 5 pm EST
+ Sunday: Closed
• Must have two weeknight closing shifts (until 8 pm EST) in a weekly schedule, as well as at least 2 hours on Saturdays.
