Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Help customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's product catalog to effectively assist customers in their product selection. Stay up-to-date on new product releases, features, and selections. Resolve customer complaints and issues by working with various departments, such as operations or product teams. Help customers with order handling, cancellations, returns, fulfillment processes, and exchanges. Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes. Share feedback with relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Qualifications 1 year of experience in a customer support setting, preferably in retail. 1 year of experience working directly with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. 1 year of experience identifying and resolving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction. 1 year of experience managing time effectively, handling multiple customer requests, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses. 1 year of experience building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of customer service software and technology. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
