As a Claims Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:
* Answering high-volume incoming calls and providing written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
* Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
* Utilizing multiple computer applications to efficiently manage claims and customer information
