**Job Overview**
As a Chat Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone. **Requirements:**

* No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
* Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
* 1 year of chat support experience preferred
* CRM/support tool experience a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
