**The Role**
As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues, answering product-related questions, and providing sales support to drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer issues and concerns related to products, orders, and shipping

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers

* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written
* Fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 40 WPM
* Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry
* Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, or a related field
* Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
