**Job Summary**

* Provide Product Information: Offer product information, pricing, and availability to customers, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
* Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless communication.

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
* Customer Service Experience: 0-1 year of customer service experience (entry-level)
* Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
* Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
* Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
