You'll be working with a clean and user-friendly dashboard, responding to incoming messages about various topics, including: • Password resets • Account updates • Cancellations or plan changes • Product questions • Order status inquiries You'll use templates, step-by-step workflows, and internal resources to give each customer what they need – quickly, clearly, and with a positive attitude.
