Requirements for Remote Work To work successfully as a Chat Specialist from home, you'll need: A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. The ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT. A typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
