As a Chat Specialist, you will play a critical role in representing our dealer clients favorably online, turning website traffic into leads, and driving business results. **The Role** As a Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
