Your primary goal will be to represent our dealer clients favorably online, turn the experience into a lead, and help them generate revenue from their website traffic. If you're a positive, energetic, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns. * Provide detailed information about our clients' products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of their options. * Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients. * Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build their customer base and drive sales. * Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences. * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
